Ash Thoreau

This prompt irritates me, and after thinking about it, I believe it’s because retirement doesn’t even seem possible anymore. I think I will be working until the day I die.

If I were to retire, I would be young, with enough money for my kid to still live comfortably, as well as myself. I would probably live in a camper with a dog, traveling the country.

But again, I don’t think that will ever happen. I’m one of the worker bees. I’ll be here for the rest of my life, working, and barely sleeping.
