Another Tuesday Tally on a Wednesday

Last week was tough—my depression hit hard after some issues at home, and I had two of the lowest days I’ve felt in years. Yesterday, I finally started feeling like myself again. With just a short shift today, I’m hopeful that some rest will have me back to 100% by tomorrow.

On a brighter note, I was worried about my Zepbound weight loss goal after falling short last week, but I bounced back! This week, I lost 2.6 lbs, and I’m quite happy about it.
